One of the stop animation kings, Ray Harryhausen, best works. It’s a classic romp, with our man Jason (Todd Armstrong) on the hunt for the Golden Fleece –while dodging dozens of claymation monsters along the way. A sure to be remake in the future of film,especially with CGI these days and 3-D.

But if you are a fan of cult – classic stop animation, than “Jason And The Argonauts” (1963) is a film just for you. It’s one of my childhood fav’s, when stop-motion movies were the sh*t. There was nothing better in the early years of film which is only 25 years or so ago. Even if you can’t help but be amused by its production values today.
