Danny Trejo stopped to talk a little about playing Machete and how its a blessing. Danny is a very humble actor in Hollywood, you may have notice in him in several films. He deserves this role and we hope to see more of him, maybe even a sequel? We’ll see…

Jessica Alba, Danny Trrejo and Michelle Rodriguez hit up the Los Angeles screening of “Machete” at Orpheum Theatre (8/25) in Los Angeles, California.

It was the BADASS trailer in the Grindhouse a couple of years back. Now the film has been made into an extreme tough guy and touch chick film by director Robert Rodriguez.  It’s what you’ve been waiting for and its hitting the theater this Friday (9[3).

Synopsis:

Machete (Danny Trejo) is a renegade former “Mexican Federale”. He roams the cities, towns, and streets of Texas looking for work after a shakedown from a drug lord called Torrez (Steven Segal).

Machete has a run-in with Michael Benz (Jeff Fahey), a local businessman and spin doctor, who tells Machete that McLaughlin (Robert De Niro), a corrupt senator, is sending hundreds of illegal immigrants out of the country and that he must be killed. Benz offers Machete $150,000 to kill McLaughlin who quickly accepts the murder contract out of greed for the money.

Attempting to assassinate the senator at a political rally, Machete is double-crossed and is shot in the shoulder by Benz’s henchmen whom are soon revealed to be in league with Senator McLaughlin who orchestrated the entire attempted assassination with Benz as part of a false flag operation to gain widespread public support for McLaughlin’s harsh anti-immigration laws by setting up Machete as the patsy to make it seem that an outlaw illegal Mexican immigrant tried to assassinate the senator.

SPOILER: “Predetors 2010” – The Fear Is Reborn By Nimród Antal & Robert Rodrequiz

It was first spoke of last April 2009 on ComingSoon.net, that Predators will be hitting the big screen July 9, 2010.

Now a year later and the buzz is growing, the curiosity of what will be of the new Predators film? Well we came across an interesting article over at ReelzChannel which reads, Jesse Ventura’s classic line “I ain’t got time to bleed” from the original Predator is a fan-favorite and will make an appearance in the upcoming Robert Rodriguez-produced and Nimród Antal – directed sequel, Predators. Cast member Topher Grace alerted MTV to the line’s presence in the movie.

“That line is in the film,” Grace said, though he would not reveal who gets to say it. All speculation leads to The Shield‘s Walton Goggins, who portrays the character of Stans in the movie. Goggins description of the character sure seems to imply that he could be the culprit.
